The frame has been beefed up around the rear of the bike with the addition of extra steel plates and a housing to keep the battery and reg/rec. Paul did some work on the cylinder head to improve gas flow which has worked very well, also the addition of free flow air filters and a pair of reverse cone mega's have made the bike pick up really fast .
Keeping with the tradition of Home Brewed Special, the frame was sprayed by Paul using rattle cans! However the tank and seat unit were sprayed by Paul's eldest son in his garage although the tank proved to be a real test for their nerves because it kept leaking petrol from the welds,as a result it had to be resprayed. Thanksfully, the addition of resin pet seal helped the tank stop leaking again

Tom is a Mechanical Design Engineer and has used his enormous talents to create an exciting and daring project, using a BMW/Rotax F650 engine unit, the rest is all bespoke to the bike.
OTW is Tom's vision of what he considers to be a true modern day cafe racer, small, (GP250 chassis geometry) lightweight and with loads of torque.
The original intention was a production run of six machines, each bespoke to a customers requirements, but other projects have taken Tom's priority recently but if you are interested, please do contact us and he will gladly pass Tom's contact.
